Rediscover that cycling feeling with CityConnect
Our recent Cycle Superhighway Bike Safaris proved really popular, so much so that we’ve added in eight more Safaris (including a couple of family friendly ones) that give you the chance to get your bike out, discover how the Superhighway works and where it could take you.
It’s Bike Safari time!
Our Bike Safaris are led by two qualified instructors and are the perfect way for anyone to explore the new Cycle Superhighway route. You’ll ride as part of a small group of people, at a pace that leaves no one behind, and over the course of about an hour you’ll explore the full route from Bradford to Leeds (or Leeds to Bradford). For the slightly more adventurous, there is the option for the Bike Safari to return you to the start point.

We realise that people have busy lives so we’ve planned our Safaris to run on a variety of days with a mix of departure times, so there should be one to suit your other commitments.
Bradford to Leeds Safaris will leave from the Pavilion Café, City Park, Bradford, BD1 1LA at the following times:
- Saturday 6th August 10.00am
- Wednesday 10th August 12.30pm **Family friendly school holiday activity**
- Sunday 21st August 10.00am
- Wednesday 24th August 5.30pm

Leeds to Bradford Safaris will leave from Office Lock, Leeds-Liverpool Canal Towpath, near Granary Wharf, LS1 4GJ at the following times:
- Wednesday 3rd August 12.30pm **Family friendly school holiday activity**
- Saturday 13th August 10.00am
- Wednesday 17th August 5.30pm
- Sunday 28th August 10.00am
