Training rides, going at 15 mph approx – about 25 miles (example route = up Thornton Rd and then downhill and flat back to Bradford via Denhome, Keighley, Bingley, Shipley etc.)
Nobody (repeat, nobody!) gets left behind!
Lights Recommended for evening rides.
